I would tell them that the staff at Stonegate is the best. I've lived in a lot of apartment communities and have never had better service from the maintenance and the office staff then I have with the Stonegate. When something is wrong in my apartment they respond and fix right away. And they do it always with a smile. They are the reason that I have stayed here for 4+ years.

I had raised 3 maintenance request from the portal since I moved in. 3/3 maintenance request I made were responded right away the next day. Stonegate Maintenance Team is really good at getting things fixed. The personnel are very friendly and courteous. I feel valued as resident in this community.

Whenever I have an issue with my apartment (and I have had few (you can count them on one hand) since January 2008 when I moved in). Leo has always been there to fix things promptly. For example my kitchen light was blinking I put in an email service request at 9:30 pm the next morning at 9:05 Leo was there fixing it. WOW! That is service. Leo is the BEST! Give him a BIG raise.

I have the nicest apartment I've ever seen, and the amenities are awesome...though I wish I had more time to take advantage pf them. I would highly recommend this place, and I have...to two different current residents. : )

I will tell them about how peacefull, beautiful and comfortable it is to live in stonegate apartments . These apartments are full of very kind tenants ......you feel no fear with going or coming out of your apartment. yYou feel like your in heaven .

Convenient location in a quiet area. Very easy access to the freeway. Excellent and very responsive staff.

I loved living at Stonegate and hated to leave. The staff and my neighbors were all so wonderful, caring people and I am a better person for having known them. I will miss everyone. The Apartments and the grounds are beautifully kept. Any time I had a maintenance issue they were very prompt to fix it and they were always so friendly and professional. The office staff also were always very professional and courteous. I really loved living at Stonegate and I would recommend it highly to anyone interested.

Great move, down sized from a large house, perfect community to transition too.
